The first thing i do is to create a conducive and friendly environment for learning and to also create the impression that English language is simple and easy to understand.
My past experiences with students has shown that no student is born dullard all they require is guidance and encouragement
the first thing i do is to observe my student in order to determine the speed rate at which he or she understands with this I will be able to prepare a lesson plan that will suite the timing and the scheme of work to cover
I encourage my students to learn every difficult in any passage we attempt in order to increase their spelling as well as giving my students passage to learn which will increase the student fluency
Lastly, I make sure I give my student assignment on every chapter we have learnt to test their level of understanding on the topic and with this ideology I will be able to improve the performance of my student academically and also increase their passion for the subject
