As a competent Grammar teacher that understands the study of the classes of words, their inflections, and their functions and relations in the sentences, over the years I have produced high quality resources and took part in the creation of new schemes of work. I met with students, parents and other educators on a constant basis to discuss student progress. I have maintained discipline in the classroom and home teaching.

I have created a vibrant teaching atmosphere, recorded and maintained accurate student attendance records and grades. I have worked in accordance to the organization policy setting high standards and expectations for students. I have tracked progress through assessment and reporting within own teaching groups and monitored the progression of students in teaching groups.

As a knowledgeable Grammar teacher, I took part in the school and client quality assurance. I have identified students at risk of underachievement and ensured that appropriate interventions were in place. I have evaluated the students’ class work and assignments: graded tests, essays, reports and other assignments, regularly provided students with feedback in line with the organization assessment systems.

I have delivered engaging, coherent lectures and motivating lessons to students across all Key Stages and utilized learning technology in the planning and delivery of lessons and
helped students understand, speak, read and write in English.

The curriculum of the British Schools Foundation (BSF) schools is largely based on the National Curriculum for England and Wales. Malvin Meadow School where I presently teach runs British and Nigeria curricula. I use Nelson Texbook to teach in class and use Bong English to assess my pupils.
