More than 6 years experience

In my 8 years as a High School Basic Science and Technology teacher, I have always stuck to maximization of performance per student, motivating students to embrace Technology and Invention and instilling a sense of direction and self-confidence in each of them. Among others, these have been clear highlights in my long career as a tutor.

At Femleen High School, I introduced Board Practice as a separate and Practical section in Basic Technology- a section that most teachers have been teaching theoretically in that school for more than 4 years. I also received commendations from both Management and parents in their first P. T. F in 2018.

I create time to use relevant instructional videos and materials, which are in line with NERDC recommendations, to aid teaching and learning at least twice a month. This has been making my Basic Tech students look forward to my classes.

I believe strongly that by giving maximum attention, understanding the strength and weaknesses, and giving conscious motivation to the tutee, a tutor, who is a master of the subject with the right skill sets will be able to impart the knowledge accurately.
