I have handled children with Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia ranging from mild to serious on a continuum. I have handled a good number of special needs cases and have gathered great experience working with special needs children, in my over five years as an early childhood educator.

I presently teach in a school that practices inclusive education and I have helped children with learning disabilities get better. I help my dyslexic learners read and write better by ensuring they see the words, not for mere words but the meaning.

Prioritizing meanings over spelling and reading the words helps my dyslexic learner to see the word for what it actually is. The meaning helps them use the words correctly and over time aids recognition, proper pronunciation, and writing letters correctly. I infuse handwriting as a measure to ensure they master the correct ways to write each alphabet.

My teaching style is child-centered, patient, efficient, results, and performance-based, tailored to fit the child's learning style and academic goals. In my journey to helping learners with learning disabilities, I have helped a good number of children with learning disabilities work on their strength and progress on their Academic journey.
