My philosophy is always to teach through interaction. At the beginning, I gather course materials, organize instruction and create assessment tools such as tests or research assignments to meet the learning objectives outlined at the beginning of the course. I deliver lectures and facilitate student discussion on a daily basis. Over the course of a term, I also provide students with feedback regarding their progress towards desired learning outcomes within the field of study

With this curriculum, I teach my students to learn by questioning, problems solving and creative thinking rather than by the mere retention of facts, hence giving them analytical and creative thinking skills that they will need. I design a variety of teaching and assessment methods to their minds.
