I establish rapport and trust, the two most critical elements to a successful tutoring relationship with my client and adjust techniques and approaches to meet the learning styles of the student.
As a tutor, my ultimate goal is to help the student become an independent learner.
My experience teaching Basic Sciences has showed that the best way to achieve our goal is to have a trusting partnership with the students and to encourage participatory learning.
The teach Basic science especially the International Primary Curriculum in a flexible manner which is adapted to the child/children's interests and level of understanding, integrated it with other curriculum to ensure we are meeting statutory requirements, in a creative and engaging way by offering a simple but structured learning focussed around subject, personal and learning goals

With this curriculum, I teach my students to learn by questioning, problems solving and creative thinking rather than by the mere retention of facts, hence giving them analytical and creative thinking skills that they will need. I design a variety of teaching and assessment methods to their minds.

When you book lessons, Ademola will usually travel anywhere at most 10km (~ 1hrs drive ) from Surulere to deliver lessons (e.g from Surulere to Apapa)
