How I can help
General Mathematics
I have always had good grades in Maths and Maths-based subjects up to my post graduate level. I have learnt the techniques and tricks of understanding Mathematics as a subject and the approach to passing exams and making good grades.
During my service year, I helped my students understand the most scary topics because of my passion for the subject. I even wrote a poem to encourage them. I won several gifts in my primary school days. At undergraduate level, I have taken out time to study abstract topics in Mathematics and then subsequently teach my classmates. My knowledge of quantitative reasoning earned me good grades in common entrance and helped me pass several job aptitude tests with ease.
My teaching style involves first understanding my student's challenges, distilling the students' fears and helping them to discover the most convenient and quickest ways to understand questions and solve them without contravening the requirements of the teacher or the examiner.
I have helped my nephews and nieces as well as several other pupils and students understand topics that they did not understand from school. That's my joy.
