I have been in the teaching profession for up to three years teaching mainly Biology and Agricultural Science in senior secondary schools. My students preferred me to my colleagues because of the simplicity with which I teach and how interactive my class use to be.
Students opinions are never despised since I encourage cooperative work between us. My teaching is flexible having put into consideration the different needs of various students in my classes. I do try to move at each student pace yet never behind in curriculum.
I feel cheated by any student who refuse to do my assignment. As I evaluate my student, I give them opportunity to evaluate me too.
I believe in learning always and unlearning the learnt wrongs.
