Identifying the student challenges is critical in teaching the English language subject. Lack of will, understanding and motivation are among the reason why student fail in the subject.

Early identification of these challenges helps me prepare to tackle it head long. Friendly disposition to the students is also critical, as the subject unlike others if first of all, a language, a foreign language as such.
