I am a well trained English language and Literature scholar. I did not do just English language alone in my undergraduate days, but also had several elective courses from Languages and Linguistics department, bothering majorly on language sound systems.

My education and experience as a language scientist have rubbed off on many students who had had tutelage under me in the sub-division of spoken English, in learning the English language.

The three English language accents I am good at are the British, the American and the Nigerian. I deliver phonics lessons with the British accent.

The major difference I have observed in working with the British Curriculum is that it supports more of practical application of the concepts taught in solving real life challenges. I use the Cambridge Key Stage Checkpoints as reference materials and for assessment.
