More than 3 years experience
A minimum of credit pass in Economics for Commercial candidates in Senior Secondary School is required for admission into any Social Science and Management courses in Nigeria tertiary institutions. As such, during my time as the Senior Prefect in Secondary School, some of the subjects I tutored my colleagues include Economics, Principles of Accounting, General Mathematics and Commerce .
Also, as a Management student of The Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria and the Vice President of READERS CLUB at that time, I took all management students that offered Economics and majority of them passed the course with ease.
Presently, I take undergraduates Micro Economics and Macro-Economics and they have been finding it easy to understand and interesting.
My teaching method basically is Discussion Method and I always like to relate the happenings in the economy to whatever I teach in the classroom as I discovered overtime that Economics cannot and should not be taught in abstract if you want to have a great teaching experience while having your students interest in mind.
