Get to know the client
If you receive a booking or meeting request from clients, you can check their profile to learn more about them. Look out for verified IDs, profile photo and reviews they may have received. It also helps to call the client and observe their conversation.
Cancel the booking before it starts
If you’re certain you don’t want to deal with a particular client, you can cancel the booking before it starts. You may be subject to some cancellation penalties. If you need to cancel a reservation that has already began, please contact us on 080 928 78388.
