Your calendar is the only way clients can find out when you’re available for tutoring. It’s extremely important you keep your calendar up-to-date so that it reflects your actual current availability without misleading clients.
If you won’t be available for a particular week or for a single day, remember to turn it off on your calendar. Ideally, we advise you update your calendar at least once every month to remove days and times you won’t be available or add other days you’d like to accept clients.
However, please note that if your calendar isn’t updated in 3 months, your account will be temporarily suspended to prevent clients from booking lessons with you when you are not available, and will only be re-activated after you update your calendar.
