You may upload one video to introduce yourself to potential clients. Tutors with good videos get up to 3 times more clients than those without videos.
Create your video
Use a phone or camera with high pixel or resolution to create your video or get a professional video created for you. A poorly created video will not do much good. When creating your video, simply introduce yourself and your expertise to your clients.
- We suggest you sit at arm’s length from the camera when making videos
- Try to a make it less than 60 seconds. Be concise, focus on what’s important
- Also try to keep the light in front of you, not behind you so that your face is clearly seen
- Make sure your voice is audible enough. It communicates confidence.
- Look into the camera when speaking to create that personal connection – and yes! Ensure you have a smile on your face and be yourself!
- Only mention your first name when introducing yourself. Don’t reveal any other personal information to protect your privacy.
